We start with a free initial consultation to review your property or project and identify potential relief. If there's value to pursue, we manage the full process through to completion, including valuations, analysis, reporting and support through to dealing with any HMRC enquiry.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. We're RICS-regulated and bound by strict professional standards. Your data and commercial details remain entirely confidential throughout our engagement.
What if I've already completed a transaction?
There is no strict time limit on claiming, so you may still recover relief from prior years through a portfolio review. We audit all historical purchases and can identify missed opportunities going back several years.
How quickly can you move?
As an independent practice, we move quickly once we have the information we need. When timelines are tight, we prioritise your deal and our process can be completed in a matter of weeks.
What happens if there's no value?
Our work starts with determining whether it’s worth doing. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you honestly and won’t charge you. Your initial consultation is free, and we only proceed if the outcome justifies the engagement.
