Pub & hotel redevelopment

Our PE backed hospitality client incurred £12.2m over five periods to redevelop and extend an existing country pub into a new public house, restaurant and hotel. 

Tallex worked alongside the client’s Top 10 accountant to review five years of accounts, tax returns and underlying contractor breakdowns and invoices, as well as a fully measured survey to fully optimise their client’s claim and identifying eight different forms of capital allowances tax relief on the project. 

Our service will provide the client tax savings over time of £2.825m.
