Additional claim after free Tallex healthcheck

Our family office client spent £18m on the phased construction of an industrial estate near Warwick, developing the site over 15 years. 

Tallex provided a Free Healthcheck of the client’s capital allowances claims and identified large elements of overlooked expenditure. We reanalysed all £18m of expenditure, surveyed the site, reviewed 15 years of invoices, accounts and builder’s breakdowns to identify additional allowances over and above the accountant’s existing claim.
